UPTON SPECIALTY FURNACES ELECTRICALLY HEATED OR GAS FIRED

Upton manufactures furnaces in either electric or gas fired heating systems. The design of the heating systems provide for shielding of the loads from the detrimental effects of direct radiant heat or flame impingement while promoting efficient uniform heating of the loads.

COLDCAR FURNACE DESIGN
Upton uses a ColdCar design which eliminates the power of heating the car structure associated with other manufacturers' units. Pneumatically operated seals are employed to seal the car mechanism providing for atmosphere integrity while minimizing heat loss during operation.

LOAD STAGING TRANSFER TABLES
Upton manufactures furnace with stationary loading tables with mechanized carriages for loading and unloading bath type furnaces. The powered system can be used in combination with single and dual door furnaces for part staging and cooling to best suit your thermal processing requirements.

LIFTOFF AND BELL TYPE FURNACES
Upton liftoff and bell type furnaces are designed for use with either existing overhead cranes or free standing superstructures.
